Intelligent Matt Emulsion Paint

Intelligent Matt Emulsion is a matte, yet completely washable alternative to a traditional emulsion paint.

Intelligent Matt is ideal for use on walls and ceilings in high-traffic areas of the home. Use Intelligent Matt in kitchens, laundry rooms, hallways and children’s rooms. With a low-sheen of just 5%, it combines practicality with beautiful depth of colour.

This self-priming, water-based paint finish is environmentally-friendly, quick-drying and low odour. So, if you’re planning a project yourself, you can complete it quickly and with little disruption.

The robust Intelligent Matt is perfect for use in well-ventilated kitchens and bathrooms. Any marks can simply be wiped away with warm, soapy water. It also has a self-priming, multi-surface formula which means walls, woodwork and metalwork can all be painted using just one can of paint.

It can even be used in children’s bedrooms and nurseries, as it has been certified as Child Safe. Certification under BS EN 71-3: 2019 (also known as the Toy Paint Regulations) meaning that Intelligent Matt doesn’t contain any dangerous ingredients. This means that it is completely safe to use in all areas of the home.

Applying Intelligent Matt Emulsion

If you’re painting a wall with an existing paint finish, no undercoat is required. You can simply apply two full coats of Intelligent Matt Emulsion.
